When and where is SKO 2026?
SKO 2026 takes place Monday, February 9 -Thursday, February 12 at the EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel in Lisbon. See the your division's agenda page for full programming details.

What is the dress code?
  • Monday Welcome Reception & Dinner: Casual
  • Daytime sessions: Business Casual 
  • Tuesday Awards Gala: Cocktail
  • Wednesday Sunset Cruise: Casual (the boat is covered and climate-controlled, and we do recommend flat shoes and layers)
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Ground transportation is not centrally arranged. Taxis and Uber are available from the Lisbon Airport and can be expensed according to T&E policy.
What meals are included?
Meals will be provided throughout the duration of SKO. Meals during your travel may be expensed according to T&E policy.
How do I book a hotel room for SKO?

You don’t need to book your hotel.

The SKO team will handle all hotel reservations for attendees at the EPIC Sana Marquês Lisbon. Room assignments and check-in details will be shared closer to the event.

Please do not contact the hotel directly to book or modify your room for the covered SKO nights. If you need to modify your room registration, email sko2026@symphonyai.com.

Can I extend my stay before or after SKO for personal travel?

SymphonyAI covers the designated SKO hotel nights from February 9–12. If you wish to stay beyond these dates for personal reasons, please reach out to the hotel directly to coordinate. 

Can I bring a spouse, partner, or family member?
SKO is a working internal event. Accommodations, meals, and programming are planned for employees only. Partners and family may join your personal travel at your own expense, but cannot attend any SKO activities.
When should I plan to arrive?

Plan to arrive on Monday, February 9. The welcome reception begins at 6:00pm.

APAC travelers may arrive Sunday, February 8 due to flight length and time zones.

How do I book my flights?

All flights must be booked through Egencia, in line with SymphonyAI travel policy.

Please complete your Egencia booking before submitting your SKO registration, so your arrival and departure information is accurate.

I haven't booked travel before, what do I do?

Contact Egencia@symphonyai.com to set up your profile in our travel platform, Egencia. Provide the following details: 

  • Email
  • Legal names as shown on passport:
    • First name
    • Last name
  • Gender
  • Division
  • Department
  • Country
  • Approver name (SLT member)
I'm getting an error message in Egencia when booking my flights. What do I do?
We are aware of this issue and are actively working with Finance to resolve it. In the meantime, if you are affected, please have your manager reach out to your department's Finance partner for support.
I'm traveling from far away - can I extend my stay?

APAC travelers may arrive on February 8 for travel and time zone considerations, and SymphonyAI will cover that additional night automatically. All other travelers should plan to arrive on February 9. 

Any nights beyond this for company business requires your manager's approval.

Is attendance mandatory?

Attendance is expected for all invited employees.

If you have a conflict, speak directly with your manager and functional leader.
